Flux in Motion: Case Studies

by Leila Coffman l Product Manager

Two new case studies illustrating some of the benefits of the Flux platform are now up - click here to read them now.

Add Community to your Existing Site

Our original case study focuses on our collaboration with Vinyl Pulse and highlights four important tools Flux offers web publishers via plug and play widgets  and hosted pages for extremely easy integration with a website:  fShare, member profiles, the Share Feed and comments/ratings.

Widgets allow Vinyl Pulse to easily surface community acitvity on their existing website and draw visitors deeper into the community, while the Flux-hosted pages match the look and feel of the Vinyl Pulse website, providing a seamless experience for visitors.  Vinyl Pulse wins by offering additional functionality for their visitors, while increasing their revenue opportunities by turning additional pages added by Flux.

Giving Your Audience a Home

The Ysabella Brave case study demonstrates how a YouTube phenom can use the Flux Platform to build a fan base for the long term. YouTube helps generate awareness and acts as a great way for Ysabella to attact new fans, while the Flux Platform gives those fans a place to connect in an environment unique to Ysabella’s style on her own website, where she owns all of the user data and can easily interact with all of her visitors.

Give Your Site a Life of Its Own

The J Holiday case study is all about a website’s community and enabling user-generated content to flow from the fans.  Quickly add community tools and turn your visitors into members, allowing them to contribute to the community through discussion boards, by uploading relevant photos and videos, and more. Even when you’re not updating your site, there is always something new for your visitors to check out or contribute. Flux enables your visitors to give the community a life of its own.
